Have a space to enter and display for each location, a long descriptive comment such as this example:
the field has a 100m high hill to the east. In winds from 45 degrees (True) to 135 degrees (True) the cross wind and attending roller across the runway makes it un flyable.

barometric pressure gradients can force an E/W pattern… but it is not the norm.
